4worldlovers: Typhoon - home of CrossFit Typhoon - is one of Hong Kong’s original CrossFit gyms. Established in 2013, our "Bunker' in Sai Wan has matured into more than just a gym - we are an urban fitness community - dedicated to the development of increased health and fitness of all of our members through training and community events.

Through our daily T8 CrossFit WODs, T3 CrossFit Lite sessions and specialty classes, we are here to help you achieve the strength and conditioning goals that you’ve always wanted. Our emphasis is on functional fitness - and FUN!

4worldlovers: CrossFit Cavaliers has approximately 2,500 sq/ft of training space. The facility is dedicated to CrossFit training, metabolic conditioning and personal training. The equipment used for CrossFit consist of individual platforms, barbells, bumper plates, pull-up bars, rings, row machines, kettlebells and medicine balls as well as GHD and Assault AirBikes.

Our team of expert trainers have a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Work closely with them in our group fitness classes or one-on-one in your private training sessions.

MegaKore, a workout based on the Lagree Fitness Method, and provides tips for first-timers. The workout is performed on a custom machine called the Megaformer and combines cardio, core, and resistance training. After the first class, expect some soreness and improved strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio.

I really love KettleKore! I was always afraid to try kettle bells as I thought they’d make me too bulky or I’d hurt my back. But just the opposite - not only is my back actually stronger, I have more upper body strength than I’ve ever had and I know it’s from the bells. The KettleKore class is a great way to mix up your workouts - it really gets your heart rate up and builds serious strength at the same time.

I love H-Kore! It helped me get my strength and body back after my pregnancies, now my core is stronger than ever! Nothing beats this exercise and I will never stop coming back!
