Majid is from Bradford situated in West Yorkshire, UK. His physiotherapy career began in the NHS at Manchester Royal Infirmary, where he completed his fundamental junior core rotations before leaving for Asia in 2009. Since then, Majid has worked with elite junior and senior athletes across Singapore, Malaysia & Abu Dhabi before moving to Hong Kong in 2016, where he worked at the Hong Kong Sports Institute


Donna is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist who arrived in Hong Kong in 1995 after graduation. Donna gained a solid foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injuries working in a private practice setting and with sports teams (1996-2010). She subsequently part-owned a successful private physiotherapy clinic in Admiralty (2010-2023). Donna has a keen interest in postural dysfunctions and as well as sports injuries. She uses her extensive experience to effectively diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and implements an educational, patient centred approach to rehabilitation so as to aid and empower patients and athletes in returning to their desired activities within optimal time frames.

Donna’s most extensive sporting experience has been working with various Hong Kong National Rugby Teams (1996-2008), specifically providing physiotherapy for the Hong Kong Sevens Men’s Rugby Team (2002-2005) and being the head physiotherapist for Hong Kong Women’s Rugby (2006-2009). On a local level Donna was the team physiotherapist to USRC Tigers RFC (previously DeA) Premier Division rugby team between 2002-2016.


On a personal front, Donna has a childhood background in competitive dance (tap & jazz). Her adult pastimes include skiing, scuba diving and yoga.

Alice carried with her 13 years of clinical experience when she relocated to Hong Kong in 2013. After her graduation from the State University of New York at Buffalo, she moved to New York City to begin her career in Physical Therapy. Over the years, she has worked closely with top orthopedic surgeons in the Big Apple, and developed a passion in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Sports Medicine. She was also the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) of her company, responsible for the clinical training of university students. Her interest in the management aspect of the health industry took her to undertake her Master of Business Administration in Health Care. All these eventually led her to become the Chief of Physical Therapy of one of the largest private rehabilitation practices in New York City. She has managed over a hundred clinical staff and 10 inpatient and outpatient facilities, and worked actively for the promotion of health and wellness in the Manhattan and Brooklyn areas.

With a bachelor in physiotherapy and masters degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy, Isaac has a wide reaching career with extensive experience in sports rehabilitation, acute medical, musculoskeletal problems and neurological rehabilitation. In particular, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in treating back and neck pain as well as orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation.

In 2008, Isaac assisted in physiotherapy treatments at the Beijing Olympic Games in Qingdao. In 2016, Isaac was the Hong Kong team physiotherapist at the 2016 Olympic Games Gymnastic Test Event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Isaac was the lead physiotherapist for the Hong Kong teams in fencing, squash, gymnastics, sailing and karate between the years 2015 and 2016; and the team physiotherapist for the Hong Kong para badminton team in 2018.

For two years (2015-2016), Isaac was a visiting clinical associate under the MPT (China) Programme at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was also a part time tutor who trained physiotherapy assistants under the Employees Retraining Board in Hong Kong.

Cindy specialises in Women’s Health and Pelvic Health physiotherapy. Obtaining her postgraduate training at the APTA and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, she has extensive knowledge in Pregnancy and Postnatal rehabilitation, and in treating Urinary Incontinence, Sexual Dysfunctions and other pelvic floor dysfunctions.
