Thought-provoking jewels and sculptures in gold, steel and aluminum by American artist and poet-goldsmith Daniel Brush

L’ÉCOLE invites you to join an unexpected journey through the febrile imagination of American artist Daniel Brush (1947-2022). Showing the jewels, objects, and sculptures of Brush's work for the first time in Asia, the exhibition crosses boundaries between art, jewels, sculpture, philosophy and poetry, challenging our understanding of the role and meaning of the jewel today.

Experience the captivating charm of Daniel Brush's works with interactive experience. From now till October 2nd, young visitors will receive a set of exploration tools to appreciate Brush's masterpieces, while all visitors are welcome to create their own artwork at "Discovery Zone"

From gemstones to precious metals, from the most innovative use of materials, from the Baroque to Art Deco, you will experiences, through the creations, the blossoming of modern jewelry. Finally you will have the privileged opportunity to view first hand L'ÉCOLE's patrimonial collection of antique jewelry pieces.

While traveling around the world to share its knowledge, the three successful nomadic editions in Hong Kong have notably let L’ÉCOLE find a home in Asia: 2019 marked the official opening of L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific in K11 MUSEA, Hong Kong to be its first permanent school outside Paris. Both schools of L’ÉCOLE share the same mission and vision. Through courses, videos, books, talks and exhibitions, L’ÉCOLE offers an introduction to the art history of jewelry, the savoir-faire of jewelry making and the universe of gemstones.
