A lovely and decent spot in the neighborhood further up Peel street if you hike up a tad further. As you’d kind of expect from the name of this place, they have an all-day breakfast menu and other options as well for more filling lunch options like burgers, pasta or sandwiches. Pretty good options available for vegans and vegetarians as well, and nice comfort food here overall. The eggs benedict were delicious with the hashbrowns, and went well with coffee. Very quiet atmosphere that makes you feel at home, with a giant bookshelf of a variety of titles. Friendly staff and pretty nice spot if you’re looking around for a breakfast or brunch spot further away from the busier, noisier parts further down Soho and Peel street.
I brought my husband here on his quick lunch break. I have come here many times for their famous breakfast brunch menu, but this was my 1st time to try their set lunch. It was really good. Atmosphere was as usual very home feeling. Lunch Crowd was just clearing out, as we reached here around 2pm. Perfect timing. Food was quickly served, and very friendly service. I could not resist ordering the famous croque madam. Husband left very satisfied. I am definitely coming back again. And now i know just the right time to come. I definitely recommend set lunch. Only $98 for fish set and $88 for prawn risotto set. Came with ice lemon tea and coffee.
